Appointment Policy
How To Book
For your convenience, there are two ways to make an appointment. You can click on the ONLINE Booking tab and complete the appointment form. You can also contact the salon directly at (770) 237-0037 to schedule.
Cancellation Policy
At Hi Texture Salon, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for our stylists’ time, the following policies are in place:

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service at checkout.

Deposits are transferable once to a rescheduled appointment if the rescheduling is done at least 48 hours before your original appointment time. After one transfer, a new deposit will be required.

Rescheduling must occur within [insert timeframe, e.g., 60 days] of the original booking date, or the deposit will be forfeited.
No-Show and Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time, or failure to show up for an appointment (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

For no-shows or late cancellations, a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

Lateness: ​If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please contact the salon as soon as you can. We will do all that we can to accommodate or reschedule your appointment.

Chargebacks: By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms of this policy. Clear documentation of the deposit, cancellation terms, and appointment records will be kept to address any chargeback disputes.

Confirmation Emails and Texts: Appointment confirmation will be sent via email or text upon booking. Please ensure your contact information is correct to receive reminders and updates.

Preparing For Your Appointment
Please remove any twists, coils, braids and weaves prior to your appointment. NOTE: There is a $50+ additional charge for removal of weave, braids, twists, etc. and excessive detangling.
If you are scheduling for a consultation, TextureCut or any chemical process, our Texture Experts need to see your hair in its natural state. Please arrive at the salon with your hair in a "Wash N Go" state, and free of excessive tangles and products.
Preparing for TextureCut
Our stylists will use the TextureCut signature dry-cutting technique, so please arrive at the salon with your curls detangled, dry, and in their natural "Wash N GO" state. Prior to your appointment, it’s best to let your hair hang loosely. Avoid ponytails, updos, clips, etc.
Hair Types
We are licensed texture professionals, meaning we specialize in highly textured hair. Whether it's natural, curly, kinky, straight, or anything in between.
Professional Products
We use the following professional hair care lines: MoroccanOil, DevaCurl, Design Essentials, Influance Hair Care.
Please note, we are unable to use outside products.
Payment
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express)
Children & Additional Guests
For everyone's safety, we kindly request that our clients make childcare arrangements for all children. Your child may visit our salon only if they have an appointment.
Due to limited seating area, we ask that you also refrain from bringing additional guests.
Cell Phones
We try to maintain a relaxing environment for our clients. Please refrain from using your cell phone during your appointment time.
Salon Guarantee
We are committed to customer satisfaction therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please let a member of management know. We will work to correct to your satisfaction while you are in the salon. Please note that we do not refund or redo hair once you have left the salon.
